Weight loss is sometimes a fixation and sometimes an influence as well, like the recent fad that was started because of the Indian star and actress, Kareena Kapoor. She went on a major weight loss programme to become a small size, yet she worked out and ate right and advocated doing the right thing in terms of diet and exercise. Eventually, she did claim that she had gained a bit of weight and was not and did not want to be termed size zero. Size zero is anyway avoidable as it is leaning towards overtly thin and this is not needed or necessary in any way.</p>
<p>Weight maintenance is good and it is not at all necessary to go on extreme measures for the former stated goal in terms of weight and figure. Weight can be less or more, but if you are fit, that is more essential and important. Weight loss in the right ways, like eating right and watching your calories which in other words, is called a calorie count, is good and a positive thing. But watching weight excessively hard or examining the process of weight loss very keenly is not helpful and in reality, should be avoided in totality. Do not become obsessive in any way or manner towards the procedure of weight loss.</p>
<p>Look at it as a part of a healthy life style, when you opt for healthy fresh food, instead of packaged fried food, to state an apt and ideal example. This alteration or addition in lifestyle of eating healthy and incorporating fruits instead of juice, in any form, either freshly churned or packaged is one way of making a kick start. The sugar in chocolate is alright and infact nice to consume once in a week, or once in a way! depending entirely on your ability to resist sweets!(depending on that one can have a chocolate once a week or if you can resist that urge for sweet, then make it once in 9 to 10 days time).  Exercise and do yoga as well as body stretches which helps in elasticity of the body as well as being good forms of exercise. Eat well but eat right! That’s the slogan to follow!</p>

Weight loss can be aided with the right measures that should be taken for this to be achieved with harmony as well as sync. One cannot make drastic measures and steps to lose weight. Weight reduction tips to be followed for the same are listed in the form of a few points to be noted below:</p>
<ul>
<li>Digestive system should be accelerated and the metabolism should be aided right fully and in the correct manner. Start with the warm water, honey, lime regiment.</li>
<li>Have less coffee as coffee, dehydrates the body. Excess amounts should be avoided for sure.</li>
<li>Have herbal teas and a concoction of them are available at stores and marts. Choose and take your pick. Tea is generally healthier to have than coffee. If you like having milk with Bournvita or Horlicks, to name a few additions, one can opt for that. There are inbuilt boosters of vitamins that these milk powder based additions have in them, since they are designed with kids in mind first and then of course, adults as well. Now, they even have adult milk powder additions.</li>
<li>Have less sugar and if you do have to consume sugar, do so in its form. Do not have sugar substitutes unless of course, one has a health issue or if there is a sugar related reason.</li>
<li>Hit the gym- or in other words, which is less slang than the former stated, visit the gym or walk at least thrice a week for half an hour or more. This helps in weight loss and maintaining one’s figure and remaining fit! The key to fitness is to eat and drink the right things at the right time and in the rightful manner and way! Weight should not be stressed upon. One should not keep thinking of weight loss. Let it happen with your efforts and in the right way. Have vitamins and the best way to do so is to have it in your fresh food. Fresh food is stocked with minerals, vitamins and protein as well as nutrients. Calcium comes from yogurt and milk.</li>

There is an ideal diet one can follow during the scorching months of summer time!</p>
<ul>
<li>Beat the heat by having a lemonade or lime juice, instead of cola beverages which have aeration and sugar content. The diet colas have an ingredient called Aspertame which is avoidable, especially if one is looking to follow an ideal diet scenario for the months of summer.</li>
<li>Have water and keep hydrated! Avoid more than one cup of coffee or tea during summer. Coffee in itself is dehydrating and one needs to stock their bodies up with water as the summer sun is bright and warm!</li>
<li>Have digestive biscuits instead of regular ones. This helps in digestion easier and they have nutrients in them as well. This is for anyone who may have a craving for something sweet at times. Have a chocolate if one craves sugar. A bar of chocolate is less fattening than a double scoop of icecream and the sugar and cocoa in chocolate is not harmful either. Once in a week, make it your cheat day! Where you can forget a diet and treat yourself to a bar of Cadbury or an Indian sweet dish can be had as well.</li>
<li>Have fruits. Summer time brings with it a host of fruits. Have strawberries, watermelon (mostly water content in watermelon) and fruits like Pear, Apple and more. Bananas are wonderful to consume as they have many nutrients and strength boosters as well. But don’t have more than one banana in a day as they are high in calories as well. An apple a day is good for you but avoid juices if you can eat the fruit and do not opt for packaged juices, as far as possible if you are looking to have a fresh food diet or an ideal one at that.</li>
<li>Exercise and sweat it out! Toxins come out in sweat and that is good for a natural body glow as well as many other attributing factors to sweat through exercise. Have yogurt in summer and eat vegetables, boiled or cooked with less oil.</li>
</ul>

For instance, weight can be reduced via using the gym or working out thrice a week. Walking on a mud surface helps knees and is good to walk on as well. There are gardens one can visit and instead of strolling, one can opt for a spritz in their run, or walk brisk and at a decent speed. These are good weight loss or reduction mechanisms. Playing a sport helps greatly as well. Choose your favourite. Lawn tennis, badminton and swimming are fabulous to indulge in. There are, of course many other sports that are present in the list of sports activities one can focus on.</p>
<p>Having the start of your day begin with warm water is good and when mixed with honey and lemon is even better! Metabolism is helped and hastened and the stomach and digestive system gets aided and helped as well in the process. Your skin will glow and your weight will reduce too. One can think of having cereal like oats which is high in vitamins and protein. This will help in the scheme of things. Health wise- one can opt for sauted vegetables and less oil food rather than soak in the oil by eating fat filled or fried food. Eat a chocolate if you crave sugar once in a week. Weight can be reduced through exercise means like Aerobics and Pilates.</p>
<p>Eating dal is high in protein for vegetarians especially as for non vegetarians, protein is available in the form of chicken and fish. Opt for skimmed milk. Nestle has in its kitty of food items, packaged skimmed milk and this yellow and white pack of skimmed milk tastes nice and is wonderfully blend-able with coffee, tea and even bournvita or the likes of it. Eat citric fruit in the day and avoid eating dinner post eight at night. If you are awake until late at night, then have a few figs or almonds or something nourishing but give a gap and break to your stomach before you sleep. Notice how, when you over-eat you feel exceptionally sleepy and lethargic. These are a few pointers and helpful aids to reduce weight in a healthy manner and to curb fat cells from expanding by eating right!</p>

A simple concoction of lemon juice mixed with honey will be the first attempt one can make for a good start towards a naturally fit regime that helps in weight loss. Lemon and honey mixed in warm water and had first thing in the morning increases metabolism and strength of a person. It gives energy and helps in faster metabolism for the day and helps in clearing the stomach of any toxins. This inturn, helps in burning fat easily and it helps in getting more benefit out of a small exercise session too. Burning the fat from the body and combating fat is easily done with natural methods, and with no sideeffects too.</p>
<ul>
<li>Honey – lemon combination with warm water</li>
<li>Exercise and walk on the treadmill for atleast twenty minutes in a day, thrice a week or do it the old fashioned way- walk on a mud surface !</li>
<li>Eat fruits instead of juice. Juice has fructose and that is a sugar form that collects in juice! Though juice is healthy and good, eating fruit is more preferable and healthier as an option.</li>
<li>Having breakfast is essential. Having a heavy breakfast is good. A semi-heavy lunch and a light dinner is ideal. Having a fruit or a snack break is good as well. For snacks, one deos not have to resort to eating fried food or packaged chips and the likes of that. The key is to have a freshly made snack or something that is easy and light- examples are- a fruit, a few fruits together in a platter,  cereal bars and if you really have a sugared tooth, or if you desire to have a sweet fix, give yourself one day in a week to indulge and gorge on sweet foodstuff. Do not have sugar in forms of boiled sweets if you are looking to lose weight. Instead, opt for one bar of Cadbury dariy milk or a small bar of chocolate! That has milk and cocoa in its mixed form and is better to eat than sugared sweets and fried food.</li>
<li>Have skimmed milk instead of milk with cream. This helps in many a way and this is a calorie counter too. Have low fat yogurt instead of creamed and frozen yogurt.</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Regimes of fitness and exercise are important and super essential for a person when they are looking to maintain a healthy and a balanced lifestyle! Fitness is a way of life or definitely once a person gets used to a regime of fitness, it helps maintain an equilibrium and balance. Fitness in anyway and everyway is good but overdoing anything, whether fitness, exercise or food is avoidable. Fitness regime starts by doing a bit of yoga in the morning and some stretching of the body which are encompassed in a few exercise structures and ways. This is an ideal start of the day for a fitness regiment or regime. A structure of space between exercise and food is very important. Do not exercise on a heavy stomach. Give a break of one hour at the minimum. Do not have fluids like coffee in excess.</p>
<p>Wake up to a lovely Surya Namaskar- in the process, you value the Sun and do the right exercise to start. Visit the gym or walk briskly otherwise called and termed as a brisk walk at least three times in a week. Do not vigorously exercise and do not exercise for excessive time as this is not at all recommended and it should be avoided in totality. A regime of food that is healthy coupled with beverages that are good for you, like milk and of course, water, being the elixir of life, is a good regime to follow for a daily basis.</p>
<p>Eating a few almonds or dry fruits in between your day will allow stomach muscles to function between your three main meals- which is breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack is good to have too. This will exercise and keep your stomach’s wheels in motion and help as a calorie burning aid as well. Fitness starts in your mind so try and mentally be relaxed when you wake up rather than have coffee and think of work immediately as this is not part of a fitness regiment in any way.</p>
<p>Treks, sports , swimming and leisure activities too can be turned into productive activities to maintain a good stability in body and mind as well as top the lists of fitness regiments. Cycling at times when you are on a picnic is a good work out for your legs and arms. Tennis and badminton are wonderful sports to consider as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fitness in any way is good and when done in excess is of course, as the obvious would be stated, is avoidable.  When a person decides to diet, the whole diet exercise is not preferable to fitness ways and regimes. This is because a diet is a reduction or alteration of food habits of a person and this is not as good compared to working out at the gym or walking tread fast, when one has to compare which is more beneficial or advisable. Of course, a general diet can comprise of food stuff that is good and healthy and this is anyway something that is helpful and recommended for a person to have a healthy as well as a balanced lifestyle and daily regime, so as to speak. Also, one has to keep in mind that anything in food stuff that is consumed in excess or a sudden cutting down is not something that is recommended for a healthy weight maintenance programme or structure.</p>
<p>Our body if formed to eat and to exercise as well. The elasticity and strength that a person can derive out of simple exercise measures is fascinating and the results clearly show on a body type and a person’s personality as well. Also, there are very many interesting options such as poses of Yoga and Pranayam for internal and mind fitness too as well as eating right and enjoying rightful measures of food and beverages.</p>
<p>While fitness is something that can be a way of life for a person, a dietary plan is to be termed and defined and in general is not as recommended or high ranking as fitness. Also, a diet in general to be followed is of course as necessary as anything else related to a person’s body type- for instance, a general diet or a structured food eating wherein a person eats properly and at regular intervals, except the only difference being, that sweets, fried and oily food and things like that are avoided from the programme.</p>
<p>This, then is a different connotation to the word diet and it becomes a regular fixture in a person’s regiment, day and lifestyle. This is then of course super essential and is as important as fitness is for a person to follow. Dieting by not eating is not right at all. Stock up on food, sure, but follow a balance!</p>
